Do I need any technical ability?

There's nothing technical or difficult about SEO, it's all about applying your own skills and knowledge.
How long is the course?
Our videos total about an hour in length, the rest of the course will take you about another hour, so if you just work through it start to finish, you'll have it done in two hours.
