Tricky First Questions

When a website is made live, it's only the beginning. That site has a purpose, and to fulfil that purpose is going to take more that just launching it and hoping someone finds it.
Your customer may have expectations, and what their expectations are will depend a lot on what you told them at the beginning of your journey with them.
Of course, we don't want to put people off, but we need to ensure that we don't say things that will eventually come back and haunt us in the form of angry clients who thought they'd be online millionnaires, but in fact have to put up with one or two visitors per month and no sales.
